Food at Andria's Seafood is served in generous portions, tastes great, and is reasonably priced. We pride ourselves on having the freshest seafood available and buy directly from many local boats. All our food is made fresh daily: salads, soup, and vegetables are all cut and prepared on site.
We have our own batter recipe that we use for our fish and chips, oysters, and our well-known onion rings. We bread and prepare our own calamari every week. Scallops, shrimp and clams are breaded to our specifications. Our deep fried items are cooked in peanut oil. All deep fried items are served with a heaping portion of French fries, coleslaw or rice.
Our charbroiled menu changes daily depending on what fresh fish is available. Charbroiled items are brushed with butter and lightly seasoned, and are served on a bed of rice pilaf with a choice of salad (coleslaw, pasta, or tossed green salad). Chicken dishes are also available charbroiled, as well as stir fried specialties.
Steamed clams ("steamers") are a favorite of many. One loyal customer from the Valley calls first to make sure we have clams that day and comes especially for them. Mussels are served steamed as well, when available.
Our famous Andria's Clam Chowder is made fresh every day from scratch. This recipe was developed from a recipe of Andria's mother's, and has become a treasured house specialty. We believe the best way to eat this chowder is out of a sourdough bread bowl, however, it's usually too much for one person to finish!
Several sandwiches are available - the most popular being the "Fabulous Fish Burger." This is a fillet of angel shark (deep-fried or charbroiled) served on a hamburger bun with lettuce and tomato. There are also a few chicken sandwiches, a salmon burger, and a scallop burger.
